Who We Are


D1 Training is an athletic-based group training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up. Our promise is simple: you pick the goal, we help you get there. What You'll Do


As a Group Class Coach, you'll run the floor and set the tone. Day to day, you will:


  • Lead energetic, well-organized group workouts for youth (ages 7–18) and adult athletes
  • Deliver the D1 training methodology in every session, adapting movements to each athlete's level and needs
  • Coach proper technique and movement patterns to build performance and reduce injury risk
  • Motivate and hold athletes accountable through coaching, nutrition guidance, and consistent follow-up
  • Drive retention by creating a welcoming, hard-working, and fun training culture
  • Keep the training space safe, clean, and ready to go
What We're Looking For


  • Certification: At least one current certification accredited by the NCCA (e.g., NASM-CPT, ACE, ACSM, CSCS/CSCCA, USAW Level 1)
  • Safety: Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning experience in a group, team, or personal training setting
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred, not required)
