BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper (Porter) to support an apartment community in Fort Worth, TX 76110. Position Details

• Role: Groundskeeper (Porter)
• Location: Fort Worth, TX 76110
• Pay: $16/hr
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Start Date: Immediate Opening
• Opportunity Type: Contract or Contract-to-Hire

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of community grounds, breezeways, parking areas, and common spaces
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Assist with landscaping and exterior property upkeep
• Support the maintenance team with basic tasks as needed
• Power wash walkways, breezeways, and exterior surfaces
• Help prepare vacant units by removing trash and light debris
• Ensure the property remains clean, safe, and inviting for residents and visitors

Requirements

• Previous porter, groundskeeping, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work each day
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean community
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
