Essential Functions - Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors and stairs; cleaning window sills and windows; emptying of all trash cans; Vacancy preparation ;General Maintenance of Grounds; Daily cleaning of Laundry room; Carpentry, Electrical & Plumbing; Other daily maintenance duties as assigned; Rotational on-call duties to respond to after-hours/emergency calls
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - good communication and interpersonal skills to deal with residents; Ability to follow oral and written instructions; Ability to prioritize multiple tasks; Ability to work effectively with a team; Ability to work independently as needed; A great attitude, good presence and energy
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; 5 years of experience; Must be able to pass strict background checks including drug testing; Clean Valid driver's license
