GroundskeeperTradeWorX is hiring 4 Groundskeepers for an immediate opportunity in the Greensburg, PA area. This is a hands-on outdoor position focused on grounds maintenance, digging, cleanup, landscaping support, and general labor. Experience operating a backhoe, excavator, tractor, or similar equipment is a plus but is not required.

Pay & Overtime:- $21.00 per hour
- Full-time opportunity
- Overtime may be available or required based on workload
- 640-hour temp-to-hire opportunity
Schedule:- Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
- Day-shift work
- Immediate start
- Exact daily reporting hours to be confirmed prior to start
Job Duties:- Perform digging, grounds maintenance, landscaping, and general outdoor labor
- Mow, trim, rake, remove brush, and assist with property cleanup
- Use hand tools, power tools, and grounds-maintenance equipment safely
- Move materials and perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Assist with general maintenance of cemetery grounds and work areas
- Operate backhoe, excavator, tractor, or similar equipment when qualified and authorized
Requirements:- Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, construction labor, or similar outdoor work preferred
- Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the workday
- Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Ability to safely use common hand, power, and grounds-maintenance tools
- Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
- Backhoe or excavator experience is a plus, not a requirement
