Groundskeeper

World of Golf, located in Florence, KY, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Groundskeeper! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Essential Duties

• Assist with general maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
• Help maintain the landscaping by mowing, trimming, and watering plants
• Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify any maintenance needs
• Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment for events and activities
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks
• Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors
• Court Maintenance including Blowing Off Debris from Tennis Courts
• Picking up Trash around the Grounds
• Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed
• Performs other duties as required, basic knowledge of power tool use. Regular and Reliable Attendance

Requirements

• Previous experience in maintenance or landscaping is preferred

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor conditions

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

• Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
