Groundskeeper / Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking and safety- Ground to keep maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and upkeep of our facilitys outdoor areas. The ideal candidate pays attention to detail and can work independently in a variety of weather conditions.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of parking lots and surrounding outdoor areas.
• Collect and dispose of garbage and trash appropriately
• Sweep and pressure washing walkways and parking lot.
• Keep outdoor spaces clean, organized and free of debris.
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, heat and cold.
• Safety Oriented
• Ability to work with other crew members
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
