We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Worker to join our team at a local educational facility. Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding
Plant, prune, and water trees, shrubs, and flowers
Remove litter, debris, and leaves from outdoor areas
Maintain and repair irrigation systems
Assist with snow and ice removal during winter months
Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely
Support general outdoor maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Comfortable operating lawn care and grounds maintenance equipment
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Must be able to pass a background check
