What You’ll Do
A typical Grounds Technician day might include:
- Keeping our community looking its best by maintaining the grounds.
- Removing trash and debris to ensure a clean and inviting environment.
- Assisting with light maintenance tasks, such as power washing, painting, or minor repairs.
- Helping with snow removal and salting walkways during winter months (stocking cap included!).
- Supporting the maintenance team with curb appeal projects and community enhancements.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
This role might be a fit for you if:
- You love working outdoors and take pride in creating a clean, well-kept environment.
- You have an eye for detail and enjoy making landscapes look their best.
- You don’t mind getting your hands dirty and working in different weather conditions.
- You are reliable, hardworking, and enjoy working as part of a team.
- You have experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or general maintenance—or are eager to learn!
