Ability to perform daily maintenance and inspect the equipment and facilities. Ability to operate and maintain grounds equipment in a safe manner.

• Ability to perform daily maintenance and inspect the equipment and facilities
• Ability to work independently or as a team.
• Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel as needed
• Assist other areas/departments when needed

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous maintenance experience required. 
• Basic mechanical knowledge (change tires, lights, etc.)
• Heavy-duty trucking knowledge is a plus 
• HVAC knowledge is a plus 
• Electrical knowledge is a plus
