Grounds Maintenance I for our client in
Dallas, TX 75261. This is a

Position Title: Grounds Maintenance I
Location: Dallas, TX 75261
Duration: 3 Months with possible extension.
Work Schedule: 5days of week. 40 hours a week. 7:30 am to 4:00 pm and 3:30 pm to 12:00 am.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Ensures walkway and curbside areas are clean and orderly.
- Operates the scrubber machine correctly to remove tough stains around curbside areas.
- Pick up trash and debris in the assigned area throughout your shift. Discard trash in trash receptacles.
- Continuously walk through assigned areas seeking items on the ground and dispose of them properly.
- Ensure all signs, benches, and trash cans are clean, wiped down, and emptied as needed.
