    Join our team as a Grounds & Light Maintenance Technician in Dillion, CO!

    Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands and takes pride in a job well done? We’re seeking a dependable Grounds & Light Maintenance Technician to help care for our 243-unit affordable and workforce housing community Wintergreen, located in Dillon, CO. From keeping outdoor areas clean and well-maintained to assisting with basic repairs and supporting the maintenance team, you’ll play an important role in keeping the property safe, attractive, and comfortable for residents year-round.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Maintain the grounds to ensure the properties are attractive, safe, and well-kept, including mowing, trimming, watering, weeding, and seasonal upkeep.

    • Complete light maintenance and corrective repairs in apartments and common areas, including basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, lock changes, and fixture replacements.

    • Assist with apartment make-readies by cleaning, painting, and preparing units for new residents.

    • Perform daily property walks to keep the property & grounds clean, safe, and looking sharp.

    • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and grounds.

    • Support inventory control of tools, equipment, and supplies and assist outside vendors as needed.

    • Interact professionally with residents, team members, and vendors while providing excellent customer service.

    What You Bring:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    • Previous maintenance & groundskeeping experience preferred.

    • Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and general repairs.

    • Ability to read and complete work orders and service requests accurately.

    • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements.

    • Good communication skills, strong safety awareness, and a team-oriented mindset.

    • Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 30+ pounds and working both indoors and outdoors.
