Apartment/multi-family property experience is a plus
Must be able to work independently without constant supervision
Perform groundskeeping and upkeep of apartment community, leasing office, parking lots, and common areas
Remove trash from office areas, grounds, and vacant apartments
Assist with apartment cleanouts and make-ready preparation
Assist with basic mechanical, carpentry, and electrical maintenance tasks
Report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor
Must be neat, clean, professional, and able to communicate effectively with residents and staff
