We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. Compensation:
$12.77 to $19.00 per hour
Summary:
The Grounds Crew Attendant is a key member of the course maintenance team and is responsible for the landscaping and maintenance around the golf course. Multiple full-time and part-time positions available immediately.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Must possess the ability design, coordinate, and maintain landscaping on the golf cours
- Experience with operating greens/fairway mowers preferre
- Must possess the ability to create spray programs for the golf course including greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and landscapin
- Must possess the ability to operate all tools and equipment related to golf course operation
- Ability to give oral and written instruction
- Skilled in seeding, fertilizing, mulching, and general ground preparation for restoration and renovatio
- Must be dependable
Responsibilities:
Maintains clean and organized works areas on the golf course and maintenance facilit
Mows greens, aprons, fairways, roughs, tees, and other area
Waters tees, greens and fairways; operates irrigation heads in dry areas needing additional wate
Repairs the irrigation system, pipes and irrigation heads as neede
Grades and prepares soil base, lays sod and seeds greens, tees and fairway
Trims and prunes hedges and shrubbery; cleans flower bed
Applies pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to the golf cours
Perform other duties assigned by supervisor or manager
