Lead field operations from mobilization through punch-out, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule targets are achieved
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, driving accountability, productivity, and project execution
Build strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and project stakeholders through regular communication and site meetings
Partner with Project Managers and leadership teams to proactively resolve site challenges and maintain project momentum
Oversee commercial construction projects throughout Central Ohio, with an emphasis on healthcare and community-focused developments
A successful Superintendent should have:
5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial General Contractor
Proven ability to lead large teams and successfully manage subcontractor performance
Stable career history with strong tenure and professional career progression
Experience delivering ground-up construction projects from excavation through closeout
Professional, client-facing leadership style with strong communication and problem-solving skills
Annual salary between USD 95,000 and USD 125,000.
