We are seeking a polished, client-facing Lead Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island while serving as a leader in the field. Description

  • Lead field operations for hospitality, multifamily, retail, restaurant, aviation, and commercial construction projects.
  • Manage site safety, quality control, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination from project startup through closeout.
  • Serve as the primary field representative with clients, ownership groups, architects, and project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and assistant project managers to drive project execution and maintain project documentation.
  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using industry-standard software and reporting tools.
  • Coordinate inspections, permitting requirements, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Mentor and support field staff while helping establish best practices across projects.
  • Drive project performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction on projects ranging up to approximately $25M.
  • Assist leadership in scaling operations as the hospitality division continues to grow.
  • Work directly with company owners and senior leadership on strategic field initiatives and project delivery.

Profile

A Successful Superintendent Should have:

  • 10+ years of Superintendent experience with a reputable general contractor.
  • Experience managing hospitality, commercial, retail, restaurant, aviation, or multifamily construction projects.
  • Ground-up construction experience preferred, with exposure to projects up to $25M.
  • Strong leadership presence with excellent client-facing communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, scheduling tools, and Excel.
  • Active Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (MA CSL).
  • Ability to commute to project sites throughout Massachusetts and surrounding markets.
  • Strong understanding of construction safety, quality management, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
