We are seeking an experienced Ground Up Commercial Superintendent | Hartford, CT to oversee ground-up commercial construction projects throughout the Hartford, CT market. This role offers the opportunity to lead field operations from site mobilization through completion while working on high-profile projects with a well-established and growing general contractor.

Description

As a Ground Up Commercial Superintendent | Hartford, CT, you will:

• Manage all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through turnover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to maintain schedule and budget goals.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with project specifications.
• Lead daily site meetings and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.
• Monitor project quality, logistics, and workforce productivity.
• Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects progressing efficiently.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting.

Profile

A successful Ground Up Commercial Superintendent should have:

• 8+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Proven success managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, site logistics, safety, and quality control.
• Experience leading subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Experience with projects valued at $10M+ is highly desirable.

Job Offer

• Permanent Ground Up Commercial Superintendent position.
• Salary range of $110,000 to $140,000.
