Estimator, you will be responsible for developing accurate and competitive estimates for industrial construction projects while partnering closely with preconstruction, operations, and business development teams. As the Jr. Estimator, you will be responsible for developing accurate and competitive estimates for industrial construction projects while partnering closely with preconstruction, operations, and business development teams.

• Prepare conceptual, budgetary, and hard bid estimates for ground-up industrial projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to develop complete project pricing
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analyses
• Solicit, level, and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions
• Collaborate with project teams throughout the preconstruction process
• Support proposal development and contribute to winning new business opportunities

For the Jr.Estimator - Ground up Commercial Construction we are seeking:

• 3-5 years of estimating experience within commercial or industrial construction
• Experience estimating ground-up industrial projects is required
• Proven experience with warehouses, distribution centers, logistics facilities, manufacturing buildings, or cold storage facilities
• Strong understanding of industrial construction methods, building systems, and site development
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Experience performing detailed quantity takeoffs and bid evaluations
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-management skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
