A well-established pathology laboratory in the Central Valley, CA area is looking for 2 Grossing Technicians to join its team! Gross and dictate GI biopsies, prostate cores, and other small tissue specimens.

A well-established pathology laboratory in the Central Valley, CA area is looking for 2 Grossing Technicians to join its team!

Position Highlights

• Full-time, permanent position

• Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM

• Established anatomic pathology laboratory

• CAP-accredited and CLIA-certified facility

• Work alongside experienced pathology professionals

• Support diagnostic services for hospitals and outpatient facilities

Responsibilities

• Gross and dictate GI biopsies, prostate cores, and other small tissue specimens.

• Handle specimens that do not require dissection under a pathologist's supervision.

• Maintain accurate specimen documentation and dictation.

• Support daily laboratory operations and diagnostic workflows.

• Collaborate with pathologists and laboratory staff.

Qualifications

• Hands-on tissue grossing experience preferred

• Experience with small biopsies and specimen dictation preferred

• Background in grossing, histology, or anatomic pathology

• Ability to work independently within established procedures and supervision requirements

• Availability for the Monday–Friday evening schedule

• Specific education and credential requirements pending confirmation
