What You’ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day store operations with a focus on people, product, and performance
  • Create a fresh, in-stock, and highly shoppable environment across all departments
  • Drive sales and profitability through smart merchandising, inventory control, and margin management
  • Maintain exceptional store conditions including cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
  • Oversee ordering, inventory levels, and product flow to ensure consistent availability and minimal shrink
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and accountability
  • Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and hospitality throughout the store
  • Partner with department leaders to ensure alignment on execution, standards, and team development
  • Handle customer needs with professionalism, ensuring an outstanding guest experience every time
  • Support all aspects of store operations including front-end, staffing, scheduling, and financial performance
  • Ensure proper execution of special orders, catering requests, and seasonal initiatives

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  • A natural coach who builds teams and develops future leaders
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of front-end operations, hiring, and labor management
  • Food safety knowledge with ability to maintain required certifications
