Snow’s Family Market, an independent, family-owned grocery staple in Mercer, WI, is seeking a motivated Grocery Store Assistant Manager to lead our front-end operations. Compensation, Hours, & Perks
- Starting Wage: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, scaled to your experience.
- Retention Incentives: Up to $2,000 available in performance-based bonuses.
- Premium Pay: Earn an extra +$2.00/hour for all Sunday and holiday shifts.
- Time Off Benefits: 5 paid days off in your first year (covering New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving) plus 1 full week of paid vacation after 1 year.

Your Core Responsibilities
- Manage daily checkout and cashier operations to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Direct, support, and supervise front-end team members throughout their shifts.
- Maintain a highly efficient, smooth-running storefront and handle guest inquiries.
- Assist on the sales floor with restocking shelves, cleaning, and general tasks as required.
- Promote a helpful, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications We Look For
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
