Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the personal training sales team to exceed pay period and monthly sales targets at LA Fitness JAX.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new clients and increase personal training program enrollments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with gym members and convert prospects into loyal customers.
• Collaborate with fitness trainers and staff to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to enhance team effectiveness.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and address challenges.
• Represent GRIP Personal Training at LA Fitness events and promotions to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the health, wellness or fitness industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
• Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop data-driven strategies.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with LA Fitness operations and client base is highly desirable.
