Legacy Staffing is partnering with a leading precision manufacturing company in Hudson, Ohio to hire experienced Grinding Machine Operators. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $25-30/hour based on experience and skill level. This role focuses on operating and maintaining centerless grinding machines to produce metal components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate centerless grinding machines
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
- Select and mount grinding wheels according to specifications
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
- Identify and remove defective parts from production
Required Qualifications:
- Must have Centerless Grinding CNC Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with machinery
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to lift 50–70 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to read blueprints and understand measurements
- Previous grinding or machining experience
