• Full-Time | Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

 What You'll Be Doing

• Grind rubber-coated rolls to precise customer specifications
• Monitor dimensions and quality throughout the grinding process
• Read and follow work orders and production instructions
• Use precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
• Work safely around industrial machinery and moving equipment
• Assist with production and material handling activities
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

 Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial grinding equipment
• Experience using measuring tools, including calipers and diameter tapes
• Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, and manual lathes is a plus
• Ability to read and follow work orders and production instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive bending and stooping
• Ability to safely handle and manipulate large equipment and materials
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
