Responsibilities:- Operate grinding equipment after machine setups have been completed and perform conventional grind wheel changes on internal machines as required
- Conduct visual inspections and gauge checks to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards
- Maintain production records and move materials and parts as needed throughout the manufacturing process
- Identify and report equipment issues, defective materials, and unusual operating conditions while following all safety guidelines
Requirements:- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to follow written work instructions, procedures, and quality standards
- Strong situational awareness and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
Hours: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM (Second Shift)
