What You'll Do
Greet guests quickly and create a welcoming, fun atmosphere
Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS
Deliver food and beverages efficiently and professionally
Provide timely check service and handle payments
Stay busy - complete side work, stocking, cleaning, and support teammates
Help bus and reset tables as needed (team-first mindset is key)
Follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards
Assist with opening/closing duties and daily operations
Money handling experience a plus
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
Previous serving experience preferred (but not required)
Comfortable being on your feet for long periods (up to 8 hours at a time)
Basic certifications (TIPS, CPR/First Aid) are a plus
