Grill Station (Delray)

Job Summary
We are looking for a diligent and skilled individual to join our team as a Grill Station team member. The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare and cook various types of food on the grill according to established recipes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat)
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a grill cook or in a similar role
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling)
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedure
• Ability to work in a team
• Good communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Ability to work in a hot environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Food handler's permit or certification
