    Description

    A DAY IN THE LIFE As a grill cook, you will be responsible for cooking and preparing our meats. You will be keeping our supply of steak and chicken fresh and ready for our customers to enjoy. Maintain a clean and organized grill area, including proper storage and labeling of food items. Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are running low. Ensure that all food items are cooked to the appropriate temperature and served promptly. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of raw meats and other ingredients. Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen as needed. This may also include any other duties, as needed, to assist in the restaurant's operation

         Positionrequiresqualifiedindividualstosee,hearandspeak(verballyandaudibly).toascendand descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time,lift upto 30 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel.May beto work outside in various weatherconditions.May beto work on acomputer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must beable to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives,andinanon-sedativestate. Mustdiscloseprescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticalsthat may impairoraffectthe ability toperformthejob'sessentialfunctions.Naturalandregularstressorsoccuronthejob.
