Grill Cook- 1st Shift
Hours: 6am-2:30pm (Mon-Fri)
Pay: $18.30/hour
Overview:
- We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Grill Cook to join our kitchen team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook grilled menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Set up, stock, and maintain the grill station for daily service.
- Ensure food is cooked to proper temperatures and presented consistently.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Keep the kitchen and work area clean, organized, and stocked.
- Assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal service.
Job Qualifications:
- Previous grill or line cook experience is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Dependable with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
