Greeter – Part-Time

Location: Orthopedic Center of Florida
Schedule: Approximately 15 hours/week (weekdays mornings only)
Pay: $15.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff.
• Serve coffee and approved refreshments.
• Keep the coffee and reception areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Provide basic directions and assistance to patients and visitors.
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow OCF policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and a positive patient experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
