The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Real Estate Development and Finance Lead for upcoming project opportunity: Development Partner for Carolina North development at UNC Chapel Hill.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify the financing questions and project assumptions relevant to Carolina North development.
• Gather the available cost and funding information for Carolina North development.
• Check the consistency of the Carolina North development financial inputs.
• Analyze expected Carolina North development cash flows.
• Assess how Carolina North development costs and funding affect financial feasibility.
• Compare alternative Carolina North development financing or delivery scenarios.
• Test the sensitivity of Carolina North development results to material assumptions.
• Identify financial risks affecting Carolina North development.
• Explain the evidence and limitations behind the Carolina North development recommendations.
• Prepare the Carolina North development financial analysis and supporting calculations.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience performing Real Estate Development and Finance Lead responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
• Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
