Position: Associate Dentist

Location: Green, Ohio

 Our client, a reputable and established dental practice in Green, Ohio, is seeking a skilled and passionate Associate Dentist to join their team.

3-4 days a week.

Competitive daily guarantee with quarterly bonus.

6 operatory FFS/PPO practice equipped with Digital X rays, Intra oral cameras, CBCT, Panoramic, Digital scanners and soft tissue laser

Position Overview:

As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. This is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for dentistry, excellent clinical skills, and a patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine and complex dental procedures, including but not limited to restorations, extractions, root canals, and crowns

- Conduct thorough patient examinations and develop comprehensive treatment plans

- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care techniques

- Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure optimal patient care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols

- Stay current with advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice

Qualifications:

- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

- Active state dental license in good standing

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice

- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team setting

- Proficient in using dental software and technology
