• Build site staffing, schedules, supply controls, escalation, coverage, performance reporting, and continuity plans across County locations.

• Demonstrated experience performing Multi-Site Janitorial Operations Manager responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
• Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
