The Opportunity
FuntoNetwork is seeking a Janitorial Quality, Safety and Compliance Inspector for upcoming project opportunity: Janitorial Services at Multiple Guilford County Locations.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute the Janitorial Quality, Safety and Compliance Inspector scope for Janitorial Services at Multiple Guilford County Locations: Audit cleaning standards, SDS and chemical controls, OSHA practices, secure-area procedures, deficiencies, and corrective actions.
- Prepare the role-specific compliance, inspection, test, or assurance plan with checkpoints, sampling, evidence, and pass/fail criteria.
- Review the applicable controls, submittals, configurations, records, and field or system results against the solicitation and approved baseline.
- Record defects, exceptions, severity, ownership, corrective actions, and due dates in a traceable findings register.
- Verify corrective actions through retest or reinspection and submit the signed acceptance recommendation with the complete evidence package.
- Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
- Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
- Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
- Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
- Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
What You Bring
- Demonstrated experience performing Janitorial Quality, Safety and Compliance Inspector responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
- Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
- Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
