The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a qualified subcontractor vendor or firm for an upcoming project: Genoa Gravity Sewer Rehabilitation - Phase I. The selected firm will provide the personnel, delivery capacity, compliance evidence, and commercial proposal needed for the work package described below.

Core Responsibilities

• Review the Genoa Gravity Sewer Rehabilitation - Phase I source for the grant data and reporting activities actually requested.
• Map the grant lifecycle steps affecting the proposed grant data and reporting workshare.
• Identify the records and evidence the buyer expects at each grant decision point.
• Describe how grant data and reporting would handle intake, review and award information.
• Identify applicant, reviewer and administrator needs relevant to grant data and reporting.
• Document reporting measures and data quality checks for the stated grant process.
• List access, retention and audit questions that require buyer confirmation.
• Define proposed validation steps for the grant data and reporting outputs.
• Estimate the personnel and sequence needed for the firm's grant data and reporting contribution.
• Prepare a source-linked grant data and reporting approach with assumptions and unresolved requirements.

Firm Capabilities / Eligibility & Client Compliance

• Relevant experience for this project-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements.
• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.

• Submit an itemized quote with currency, pricing basis (hourly, fixed fee, or milestone), assumptions, expenses, taxes, and support terms.
