The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Entitlement, Environmental and Community Compliance Specialist for upcoming project opportunity: Development Partner for Carolina North development at UNC Chapel Hill.

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify the requirements governing the assigned Carolina North development work.
  • Map each Carolina North development requirement to the records or checks that demonstrate compliance.
  • Examine Carolina North development records for missing or inconsistent evidence.
  • Check whether the documented Carolina North development procedures are being followed.
  • Identify gaps in Carolina North development controls or required documentation.
  • Assess the effect of each Carolina North development compliance gap.
  • Prepare corrective recommendations for the Carolina North development findings.
  • Check the evidence supplied for corrected Carolina North development findings.
  • Record remaining Carolina North development exceptions and their supporting facts.
  • Prepare a traceable account of the Carolina North development compliance checks and conclusions.

What You Bring

  • Demonstrated experience performing Entitlement, Environmental and Community Compliance Specialist responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
  • Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
  • Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
