Key Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and sourcing strategies.
• Develop and execute sourcing plans using various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and relationship building.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (Workday) and ensure timely updates.
• Track and report sourcing metrics and pipeline health to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to improve sourcing processes and candidate experience
