SECURITY OFFICERS - WI GUARD PERMIT REQUIRED

$18.54/hour | Green Bay, WI | Full-Time / Flex

ACTIVE WISCONSIN GUARD PERMIT REQUIRED

$350 SIGN-ON BONUS

Already have an active Wisconsin Guard Permit? Join our team and you may be eligible for a $350 sign-on bonus, $200 paid after the first 90 days of employment and an additional $150 paid after another 90 days, provided you remain actively employed and in good standing.

We're hiring professional, dependable Security Officers for a large industrial facility in Green Bay.

Please note: An active Wisconsin Guard Permit is required for this position.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS

• 2nd Shift
• 3rd Shift
• Flex / Variable Schedule

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Monitor facility entrances, exits, and access points
• Verify credentials and authorize entry
• Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols
• Monitor and respond to security and safety concerns
• Complete activity and incident reports
• Follow site security procedures and client protocols
• Provide professional and courteous service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active Wisconsin Guard Permit - required
• Must be reliable, alert, and able to work assigned shifts
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Security experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and dependable work history
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screening
