What You'll Do

• 
  
• Design and produce professional reports, publications, presentations, infographics, and branded communications.
• 
  
• Support the organization's rebranding efforts by updating and modernizing existing materials.
• 
  
• Create print and digital marketing assets including brochures, flyers, advertisements, event materials, and promotional handouts.
• 
  
• Format and publish content using Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Turtl.
• 
  
• Transform organizational data and survey results into visually engaging charts, graphics, and visual summaries.
• 
  
• Coordinate project timelines, approvals, vendor relationships, and production workflows to ensure successful delivery of communications projects.
• 
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, communications, marketing, publication production, or a related field.
• 
  
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign; Illustrator experience is highly preferred.
• 
  
• Experience creating branded print and digital marketing materials, publications, and communications assets.
• 
  
• Strong Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills.
• 
  
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities with strong attention to detail.
• 
  
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines in a collaborative environment.
