What You Will Do

• Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces that enhance product usability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
• Utilize Figma to create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and optimize the user experience.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and analytics to continuously improve product effectiveness.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design culture within the team.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
• Proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of design principles and best practices.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with product managers and developers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs and business goals.

Preferred

• Familiarity with AI-driven products or consumer technology.
• Experience in conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
• Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
