We are seeking additional Graphic Designer support focused on web design, Figma production, Photoshop production, and scalable digital design systems for The Studio. This role will help expand The Studio’s ability to support Figma-based web work, Photoshop-based asset creation and adaptation, digital activation needs, content adaptation, and reusable design components across Client’s portfolio of brands.

This position is intended to support the growing need for in-house creative capacity as more work moves toward adaptation, Figma-based design, modular web components, Photoshop asset production, and brand-aligned digital experiences. The designer will work within approved brand standards, existing asset libraries, and governance expectations to create responsive, production-ready designs and assets that can be scaled across campaigns and channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Figma Web Design & Production: Build, adapt, and refine web layouts, landing pages, digital modules, and responsive components in Figma using approved brand standards and design libraries.
  • Photoshop Asset Production: Create, modify, resize, retouch, composite, and optimize layered Photoshop files and production-ready digital assets for web and digital activation needs.
  • Design System Support: Create and maintain reusable Figma components, variants, templates, and modular elements that improve speed, consistency, and scalability across The Studio’s work.
  • Content Adaptation & Asset Reuse: Transform existing brand assets, campaign materials, Photoshop files, and creative libraries into refreshed web and digital deliverables that support CXO activation needs.
  • Creative Quality & Governance: Ensure Figma and Photoshop files are organized, brand-compliant, easy to hand off, and aligned with The Studio’s operating model and review expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with CXO, brand teams, activation leads, MarTech, IBM, and agency partners to support web creative development, implementation readiness, and iterative feedback.
  • AI-Enabled Creative Exploration: Use approved tools such as Adobe Firefly, where appropriate, to support concepting or asset generation while maintaining human creative oversight, brand consistency, and compliance expectations.
  • Strong Figma web design and component-system skills, including auto layout, variants, reusable modules, and clean file organization.
  • Advanced Photoshop skills, including layered file management, image editing, retouching, resizing, compositing, and exporting production-ready digital assets.
  • Ability to adapt existing brand assets and campaign materials into responsive web layouts and scalable digital deliverables while maintaining brand consistency and cross-functional handoff readiness.
