2–4+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably in an agency, startup, or fast -paced environment)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital marketing, social, and web<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Deep understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Experience designing for:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
Performance marketing or paid social<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
DTC or e -commerce brands<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>
