- Design brochures, flyers, advertisements, signage, presentations, and other agency materials
- Create email graphics, website banners, social media content, and digital ads
- Handle email campaigns directly to appointed agency partners
- Develop customizable and co-branded materials for agency partners
- Produce event materials, including banners, booth graphics, posters, and giveaways
- Prepare accurate, press-ready files and coordinate with print vendors
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials
- Organize design files, templates, and digital assets
- Manage multiple requests and meet deadlines
What You'll Bring
- A strong digital design portfolio
- Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop
- Experience with email outreach and marketing tools such as Constant Contact
- Experience designing and formatting PowerPoint presentations
- Knowledge of typography, layout, color, and branding
- Experience preparing files for print production
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively
- Availability to work full time in the Deerfield Beach office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry a plus but not required
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, WordPress, and/or email marketing tools
- Basic HTML/CSS, motion graphics, or animation skills
