We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for designing and optimizing website pages, landing pages, and marketing emails that drive engagement, conversions, and brand consistency.
The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with a working knowledge of responsive design, HTML/CSS for email, and marketing best practices. This role works closely with marketing, content, and development teams to execute digital campaigns and improve the user experience across web and email channels.
Responsibilities:
Web Design
4+ years experience in graphic design
Design and maintain website pages, landing pages, and digital marketing assets
Optimize layouts for conversion, usability, and responsive performance
Collaborate with marketing and development teams to implement design updates
Ensure brand consistency across all web properties
Improve site performance through UX/UI best practices and A/B testing
Design responsive email templates, newsletters, and campaign graphics
Build or modify HTML email templates for marketing automation platforms
Ensure email designs render correctly across major email clients and devices
Work with marketing team to optimize email campaigns for engagement and conversion
Maintain a library of reusable email components and templates
Create graphics for digital campaigns, landing pages, and promotions
Assist with creative assets for social media or paid campaigns
Stay up-to-date on web design, email design, and UX trends
Strong portfolio demonstrating web and email design work
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS (especially for email design)
Understanding of responsive design and UX/UI principles
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.) Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress
