Graphic designer / Communications person

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-impact PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks supporting firmwide communications at all levels, especially executive.

• Transform dense, text-heavy content into clear, visually engaging graphics that tell a compelling story – this includes simplifying complex diagrams and integrating visuals such as charts, screenshots, and multimedia assets.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

• Ensure all deliverables align with Eisner branding standards while continuously improving templates, organizing assets, and streamlining creative workflows.

• Create, maintain and support internal communication channels, including SharePoint sites, newsletters, digital bulletin boards, and product/program announcements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Illustration, Communications, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• 8+ years of professional graphic design experience in a corporate environment. A strong portfolio showcasing presentation design is required.

• Expert proficiency in PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva. Experience managing or updating SharePoint-based intranet communications is highly preferred.

• Professional, articulate communicator with strong relationship-building skills and accountability for quality results.

• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing independent projects effectively.
