General Purpose:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality, innovative, and creative graphics and visual content related to marketing, business development, client service efforts, and other firm initiatives. This position serves as a key creative professional supporting both internal and external visual communication and design projects across web, social media platforms, and print.

Physical Requirements:

Work Environment:
Professional office atmosphere. Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting or standing for prolonged periods. Position may require occasional extended hours to complete high demand work, off-hour meetings, and event support. Occasional travel to other offices and event venues, including potential overnights and weekends as needed.

Schedule:
At this time, this position allows for a hybrid schedule, generally in-office 2-3 days per week. Additional days in-office may be required depending on business need and the demands of specific tasks. The hybrid work structure may change at any time, including the number of in-office days requirement.
Holland & Hart offers of employment take into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, as well as the position's work location, external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. A discretionary bonus may be available based upon performance. The Colorado & Nevada salary range is $30.50 to $50.84 per hour.
