ETW will work on carryover styles, sourcing line art from previous seasons; coordinate with product management team to align on strategy; update design to align with briefs; and more. In the portfolios, the manager wants to see examples of schematic creations and the practical application of “how did you get there” for previous works.

Job Title: Graphic Designer 3
Location: Beaverton, OR 97005 (hybrid: 4/1 hybrid schedule)
Duration: 6+ months (Possibilities of Extension)

Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience preferred in graphic design related to apparel (footwear or accessories could work too, but apparel is preferred)

Top must-have skills include the following:

• Organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Adobe Suite expertise
• Strong aptitude for design thinking/awareness
• 3D software knowledge
• Product experience (as opposed to branding - knowledge of ink applications, trims, etc.)
• Schematic creation experience

Skills that would make a candidate stand out:

• Vizcom/CLO experience
• Smartsheets/Airtable experience (documentation tracking)

• Very collaborative, cross functional role; ETW will need to be a team player
• Portfolios required with submissions; submissions without will be disqualified
