Grants Management Program Manager (EM03)

Distinguishing Characteristics: This class is distinguished by its responsibility to act as the head of the Grants Management Division or a major functional branch in the Department of Management, including planning, coordinating and supervising the activities of the division or branch and supervising the work of division or branch program specialists and clerical staff. Plans, coordinates and supervises the activities of the Grants Management Division or a major functional branch in the Department of Management, including overseeing and coordinating a monitoring system to ensure compliance with State and County regulations, policies, guidelines and requirements; supervises the work of program specialists and clerical staff; and performs other related duties as required.
