Salary: Up to $95,000

Key Responsibilities for the Grants & Contracts Analyst:
• Review and manage government grants and contracts to ensure compliance with funder requirements
• Monitor grant budgets, expenditures, and spending trends across multiple funding sources
• Manage health and human services claims for county and city funders and support programs funded through municipal funding sources
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for grant funders
• Support audits, monitoring reviews, and documentation related to grant compliance
• Reconcile grant activity with accounting records and maintain accurate financial reporting
• Partner with program leadership on budgeting, funding utilization, and grant-related financial analysis
Qualifications for the Grants & Contracts Analyst:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Background in grant accounting, grants administration, or grants financial management experience
• Experience managing Federal, New York State, County, or municipal government grants
• Strong understanding of grant compliance, financial reporting, and nonprofit accounting principles
