This position is responsible for the financial tracking and report submissions of the grants awarded to the Port of Tacoma and the Northwest Seaport Alliance (collectively, "Port") for federal, state, and local grants to support Port projects and programs and to maximize the usage of federal and state funding while ensuring compliance with awarded grants.
Essential Functions
Required Education and Experience
A minimum of an associate's degree in business, public administration, or related field required. An additional two (2) years experience may substitute for the degree.
Two (2) years work experience in a related function is required. Experience in grant administration-related areas (administration and/or tracking) is preferred.

Candidate must be able to successfully complete a background investigation. Unless altered by an applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement or by a written employment agreement signed by an employee and the Executive Director, the conditions of employment for this position are 'at-will', which means that either the Port or an employee can terminate the employment relationship at any time and for any reason not prohibited by law.
