Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a registered nurse to deliver direct patient care for the Flourish Mobile Health Clinic, 4-20 hours per week. This role provides compassionate, trauma-informed care to under-served populations affected by substance use disorders (SUD), homelessness, and limited access to healthcare in both urban and rural settings. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to collecting vitals and intake information, immunizations, wound care, harm reduction services, health education, and documentation support. The registered nurse will also help support inventory management on the unit, ensuring needed medical supply stock is communicated to the appropriate staff to ensure consistent, high quality care is provided. This position supports the clinic''s interdisciplinary care model by coordinating with other healthcare professionals on the clinic, engaging in community outreach, and mentoring students from both nursing and other health disciplines.

Required EducationVocational, technical training, or Associate''s degree in Nursing is required. Bachelor''s degree in Nursing is preferred. Must be Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse or LPN in the state of TN.
Required ExperienceSome experience working with mental health, addition, and/or vulnerable population patients is required. 1-3 years experience is preferred.
The selected candidate will be required to complete a background check satisfactory to the University.
